Under the supervision of our dentists, the Zoom! system can brighten your smile by up to eight shades in a single appointment.
Before applying the whitening solution, Dr. Caringal or one of her associates will cover your gums to prevent any transfer. We will then evenly apply a coat of whitening gel over the surface of each tooth. To activate the bleaching agent, we will apply an LED light directly to your teeth for 15 minutes. We will repeat this process three times for the best possible results.
If you have no time restraints and would rather undergo treatment in the comfort of your home, you can choose a take-home whitening kit. This professional kit is custom-designed for your smile. It should fit snugly over your top and bottom teeth. Simply apply the whitening solution to the tray and place it over your teeth for the directed period of time.
A take-home kit can also be used to maintain the results of your in-office treatment.
